What Information We Collect

Information You Provide Us

Some features of the Services may require you to provide us with information directly. You may select not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features. Depending upon your use of our Services, we may collect some or all of the following information about you:

Account and contact information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address and account password. We may also collect other information associated with your account, such as your phone number, business/company name and position, mailing address and social media handles. If you sign up or log in through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple, Google, and Facebook(Meta), we may receive authentication details necessary for the log in and certain profile information from that platform in accordance with their privacy policies. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

Payment and transaction information: Depending on the plan that you choose, payment information and transaction history - such as credit or debit card information, billing address,company name, tax ID -are collected through our third-party payment processor, Stripe All payment data is stored by Stripe. User Input: When you use our Services, we collect personal information that is included in the text, voice, scripts, images, videos, and other Input (as defined in our Terms) that you provide to generate videos, avatars, and other forms of output, alongside metadata associated with the Input. Provided that the relevant data is sufficiently de-identified or anonymized to prevent the identification of specific individuals, we may use the input that you provide us to improve our services, for example, to train and enhance the models that power our Services .Some of the features of the Services require us to process parts of faces or bodies within a video or photo, and this may include face imagery. The information we use for this process is used to create and personalize avatars.

Information posted to the Services: Certain features on the Services may enable you to share templates or make your videos and other content available to other users. We collect information that you choose to share or make available (“UGC”), and we, or others, may store, display, reproduce, publish or otherwise use UGC (including with your name and email address) and may or may not attribute it to you. Others, including other users, may also have access to UGC and may have the ability to share it with third parties.

Communications information: We collect your name, email address, and other information you provide in communications with us, including through the “Contact Sales” page or when interacting with our online chatbot.‍

How We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

After you delete the information or the account, it is kept in the backups for the purpose of disaster recovery for 30 days and then automatically and permanently erased.

Data security is of great importance to us, and to protect your personal information, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed to safeguard and secure personal information collected through our Site. ‍

According to applicable laws,you may object to such processing and profiling by contacting us.
  • Withdrawal of consent. Where we rely on consent to process your personal information, you may have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If you confirm that you wish to withdraw your consent, we will delete your information from our systems. However, you acknowledge this may limit our ability to provide you with the best possible products and services.
  • Other rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to additional rights in relation to your personal data. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for minors under the age of 18, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under age 13, we take steps to delete that information from our servers.

International Data Transfers

Keevx has an international corporate presence, and our collection of Personal Information involves the transmission of data on a global basis.

If you are based in the India and Southeast Asia, your Information is stored in Singapore and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws and security safeguards. If you are based in the USAorthe European Economic Area, your information is stored in the USA and will not be transferred to other third countries/regions.In addition, to support our global operations, we may allow our affiliates to remote accessfrom Mainland China for troubleshooting and other technical support.We take measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection by ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place and performing data transfer arrangements as appropriate.

When we transfer your information outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that it is protected by an adequate level of data protection through the following mechanisms.   • Adequacy Decisions. The European Commission, pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR, determines that certain countries/regions provide an adequate level of data protection. Where such an adequacy decision applies, we may transfer your personal information to those countries/regions;
