Account Cancellation Agreement

Before applying to cancel your KEEVX account, please carefully read and fully understand this KEEVX Account Cancellation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Cancellation Agreement"). By clicking the "I have read and agreed to the Account Cancellation Agreement" button below, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Cancellation Agreement. If you object to any of the terms of the Cancellation Agreement, you may immediately stop the account cancellation process.

1. Cancelling your KEEVX accountis an irreversible action. Once your KEEVX account is canceled, you wil no longer be able to log in or use the KEEVX App/Website with this account, nor will you beable to retrieve any content or information you browsed, followed, created, liked, posted, commented on, added, or linked to.(even if you register again using the same phone number to use the KEEVX App/Website). Please proceed with caution and ensure that this cancellation request is your true and voluntary intention. Additionally, please ensure that all information submitted during the account application process (if any) is true, accurate, legal, and does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, nor contain any false representations or statements. Otherwise, you will be solely responsible for all legal consequences arising from this., and you shall further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with this.

2. We recommend that you back up all information related to your KEEVX account before canceling it, and ensure that all services associated with your KEEVX account have been properly handled.Upon successful cancellation, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it.

If you still decide to cancel your KEEVX account after careful consideration, please continue to read and browse the following terms:

I. Conditions for Canceling KEEVX Account

Before you apply to cancel your KEEVX account, to ensure the security of your account and protect your property rights, you must first check and confirm that the KEEVX account you are applying to cancel meets all of the following conditions:

1. [Account is in safe status] The account is in normal use and has not been restricted in any way within the past 30 days, with no risk of being stolen, violated, or banned. The account has no unresolved violations and is not in a restricted or banned status.
2. [No assets or virtual rights in the account] Please confirm that there are no assets (including but not limited topictures/videos or other creative content) or virtual benefits (including but not limited to "Credits", "Membership Benefits",etc.) in the account. Otherwise, any assets, virtual benefits, or other property interests obtained before the completion of the KEEVX account cancellation process will be deemed as abandoned by you. After the KEEVX account is canceled, you will no longer be able to use, dispose of, or recover them.
3. [No Ongoing Disputes Related to Account] There are no unresolved disputes (including but not limited to complaints, being complained about, litigation, or any other disputes) related to this account or any third parties accessed through this account.

II. Consequences and Risks of Canceling KEEVX Account

After canceling your KEEVX account, you will bear the following potential consequences and risks, including but not limited to:

1. The registration information related to the KEEVX account you applied to cancel, as well as the log data generated during the use of this account (including but not limited to your basic information, conversation records, any viewed, followed, created, liked, posted, commented on, added, or bound content or information, etc.) and the identity information, account information (including but not limited to profile picture, nickname, bio) that you submitted will be irretrievable upon account cancellation.
2. The email address, and other registration or binding information associated with the KEEVX account you applied to cancel will be removed.
3. The authorized login or binding relationship between the KEEVX account you canceled with Apple, Google Play, as well as other third-party websites and apps will be terminated.
4. The virtual benefits, balances (including but not limited to"Credits","Membership benefits", creative content such as images/videos, etc.) in the KEEVX account you canceled (including information already authorized and provided to third parties such as Apple, Google Play, etc.) will be invalidated and cannot be recovered.
5. Rewards, earnings, transaction records, and other information within the KEEVX account will be invalidated and deleted. Relevant records of KEEVX products, related services, or third-party services (if any) used through the KEEVX account will be irretrievable.
6. Functions or services that, according to relevant laws, regulations, and KEEVX platform-related agreements and regulations, require KEEVX account registration and login for use will no longer be accessible.
7. Other potential consequences arising from the cancellation of the KEEVX account.

III. Termination of KEEVX Account Cancellation

During the process of canceling your KEEVX account, if your account is banned or involved in disputes, including but not limited to being complained about by others, being investigated by governmental authorities, or being in the process of litigation, arbitration, or under complaint or report, we reserve the right to terminate the cancellation of your KEEVX account without further consent from you.

IV. Others

1. The cancellation of your KEEVX account will result in the termination of our services to you. In accordance with the KEEVX Terms of Service, KEEVX Privacy Policy, and other agreed terms, the rights and obligations of both parties will be terminated, except for those that cannot be terminated by the applicable law, other provisions on this page, or by their nature.
2. Please note that canceling your account does not imply any waiver or mitigation of your actions and responsibilities taken under the account prior to its cancellation.
3. If you have any questions or concerns during the KEEVX account cancellation process, you can contact KEEVX customer service for assistance.
4. The specific processing time for KEEVX account cancellation is subject to the information displayed on the relevant product cancellation confirmation page.
5. If we have reasonable suspicions or discover evidence that the same account has repeatedly registered, canceled, or deleted its information, with the intent to obtain unlawful benefits, conduct malicious traffic diversion, engage in fraud, or other illegal or improper activities during marketing campaigns, we reserve the right to impose restrictions on the frequency of account cancellation or deletion requests for such account. Depending on the situation, we may also take measures such as limiting all or part of the account's functionalities.
6. The provisions regarding the Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution of this Cancellation Agreement shall conform to the provisions stipulated in the Terms of Service.
